With 15 years experience and her KDM training, Heather is well qualified to assist Dr. Hrynkiw as his “2nd pair of hands”. She has devoted the past 7 years of her career to providing Dr. Hrynkiw’s patients with a relaxed, caring atmosphere in a warm, welcoming manner.
Throughout her career Heather has gained experience in all aspects in all aspects of dentistry. She is knowledgeable in all general dental requirements as well as periodontal screening, orthodontics, oral surgery, implants and soft tissue grafting.
Her commitment to excellence is marked by her abilities to take radiographs, assist Dr. Hrynkiw, provide clear instructions regarding hygiene care, polish the teeth, order supplies, take impressions and care for our patient’s general dental requirements.
Another example of Heather’s nurturing nature is demonstrated by her love of gardening.
Whether welcoming first time or long term visitors to Dr. Hrynkiw’s office, Pam has devoted her career as a professional into making people feel at ease in the dental environment. Pam trained as a Dental Assistant at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and has continually upgraded her education throughout her career. With over 30 years experience as a dental assistant, Pam has dedicated the last 20 years to her expertise in the reception/office elements of dentistry. Pam is committed to assisting you with all financial and insurance matters and is available to answer whatever question you might have.
Pam enjoys singing in her church choir and loves spending time camping with her husband, children and grandchildren.
Sheanna is the most recent addition and a wonderful asset to our dedicated team. Sheanna has previous health care experience in a hospital environment and chose to become a Dental Assistant to dedicate her career to providing nurturing, compassionate care. Her warm, gentle, and kind demeanor encourages people to enjoy their visits to our office.
Sheanna is organized, meticulous and eager, starting every day with a positive attitude and a friendly smile. She enjoys the diversified environment in the dental office where each day provides different challenges.
One of Sheanna’s many goals is to share her humanitarian nature by becoming involved in “Kindness in Action”, a volunteer organization providing charitable Third World Dental Care.
In her time away from the office, Sheanna appreciates quality time with her loving family.
